
Saint David’s Day
Is a day of remembrance of the later day saint David who died in 1589 and was declared a day of national celebration in Wales in the 18th Century.
The Whale + Ale have put together a tastefully menu to celebrate the traditional and modern Welsh Cuisine over theLabour Day Long Weekend.
We will be celebrating till late on this Long Weekend.

Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle $21.90
Fresh spinach tagliatelle tossed with smoked salmon pistachio nuts and a crème fraiche whiskey sauce.
Stuffed Chicken Breast $23.90
Roasted chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese sundried tomatoes and fresh herbs wrapped in parma ham and served with fresh asparagus and potato stack.
Braised Beef and Ale Pie $21.90
Tender beef stew made with dark ale and topped with Rarebit Croutons served with creamy garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.
