Valentines Day



 Cupid has helped our Head Chef Brian Paterson and his team to carefully put together the following menu for Valentines Day, Sunday 14th February.

First Base (Entrée)

 Tasting plate

  • Crumbed mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese + lightly fried
  • Salt & pepper crumbed calamari
  • Turkish bread and dip    

 

Second Base (Main Course)

 Main degustation plate 

  •  Mini beef wellingtons served with  mash potato, green beans and a rich red wine jus
  • Seafood skewered scallops, prawns + salmon pan seared served on a salad bed
  • Lamb cutlets lightly crumbed and baked, served on a potato stack with caramelised onions, tomato and mint jus.   
  • Chicken tikka marsala with rice & pappodoms

  

Home Run (dessert)

 Chocolate Overload 

  • Cointreau chocolate mousse
  • Chocolate dipped strawberries
  • Chocolate mud cake
